"Great Service! I called DR Appliance today - Sunday - and was surprised to actually talk with a person, as I intended to leave a message for someone to call me back on Monday. Mike took my call at 10:10am and said he could come to my house today - did I mention that it is Sunday? - and take a look at my broken washer between 11am and 1pm. He showed up at 11:30! "Recommend I called the DR. Appliance yesterday, about my washer that would not drain. He offered to come same day, but I asked for tomorrow morning. He said between 9 and 11 and showed up around 9:30. It took him about 2 minutes to diagnose the problem. He went and picked up a replacement part, and had it up and running within an hour. Mike was great!"

It was relatively close to my house, and, more importantly, it listed consistently favorable reviews from other customers. First of all, I have to thank Mike at Dr. Appliance Repair Phoenix Company for doing a great repair to my refrigerator on a short notice, over the long weekend, at what I think was a reasonable price. Mike had the tools and the parts in his truck and had the repair done promptly. Not only did he fix the problem, but also cleaned the coils and answered all of my wife's questions. She was happy that none of own food went bad (and most of the ice didn't even melt). Mike is the owner and the operator of the Dr. Appliance Repair Phoenix and provided us with great service.
